Piero Rivella is Casali’s master winemaker that oversees every aspect of the wines. From planning and planting the vines to ensuring their healthy growth to personally harvesting the grapes with his team and guests to tasting and testing the finished wine, he takes personal responsibility for every sip that crosses your lips.

Piero has been a winemaker for over 30 years, and has worked with some of Tuscany’s most famous wineries. He brings all his experience to Casali, making it a destination for wine connoisseurs from Italy and around the world.
