Wines
All wines are grown and fermented on the Casali mountainside with the careful attention given to the rest of the villa and its guests.
Grapes varieties include cabernet sauvignon, merlot, sangiovese, chardonnay, trebbiano and malvasia. They are picked at peak times by Alberto, his staff and his guests lucky enough to be present during harvest time.
From the vine, they are masterfully blended and aged from 12 to 24 months in French barriques.
